I'm one of your older viewers (mid 30s), and sorry if this is too cheesy, but I just wanted to say, don't beat yourself up too much about where you "should be" at a certain age or milestone. You never know how life is gonna turn out, or be. Just do what makes you content. It's good that nowadays the "traditional" societal pressures are way less of thing. Everyone is just living life as it goes along for them. As you go along, you'll find more, and more that everyone is out there simply doing their best. The timeline isn't the same for everyone. And it doesn't have to be! Like I said, the whole traditional path (having kids, having a big career, and a house in your 20s) isn't as much of thing or a big deal to the younger generations. Plan for whatever it is YOU want in life, and just let life happen. You're doing great!

We love roasting potatoes for about 20 mins on a baking sheet, then adding carrots/broccoli and salmon for the last 20 minutes! We also make an onion & mushroom sauce with cream cheese and bullion which is totally optional, but delicious!!

I needed a quick and easy dinner. Got these mini sourdough baguettes toasted them, added pesto, shredded rotisserie chicken and mozzarella and toasted that a bit more, add tomatoes and spinach and it was delicious. :😊
My go-to is chicken and broccoli. Season the chicken, sear it a little, and then bake it. Bake the broccoli with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, then add lemon and parm halfway through. Loving seeing your work week :)

i add frozen chicken strips to a salad kit. or when i pack my lunch at night i’ll marinate chicken and then the next day i can steam frozen broccoli in the microwave and use microwave 90 second rice and then i usually have garlic bread with it and it’s so good every time. or snack dinners! chicken nuggets and carrot sticks and grapes and hummus and just whatever i can grab that will satisfy. now that it’s finally cold i started cooking again a little but the summer was REAL this year to get rid of my cooking desire. it’s okay to use your energy elsewhere! eating anything is best ✨ love ur videos
i know that the foods i mentioned are a lot of plastic packaging but the convenience is nonnegotiable for me! chronic pain + a full time job
Lunch & Dinner hack!!!: I would prep some chicken or ground beef for the week or maybe 3-4 days and that way it’s cooked and ready to go and you can use it for tacos, wraps, salads, bowls etc. I do this each week and saves me so much time and clean up :)
I'm always late but I DO watch every vlog/vid lol obsessed with youuuuu
we do big mac tacos a lot in the week for a quick meal! mince beef with whatever you want to season, squash it onto a soft mini (or big if you prefer) tortilla on put it on a hot pan until it’s cooked, then whatever salad toppings and pickles that are finally chopped and then make a big mac sauce they are amazing!

The hardest thing with drinking that much water is you lose electrolytes so I use the little Gatorade powders sometimes and it really helps me drink it and it hydrates you better!

Hi Lindsey! This might sound weird but I make goodles (brand of easy mac; has 14g of protein) w/ broccoli and ground beef or chicken sausage when I don’t feel like cooking. It takes 30 minutes tops.

Our fan favorites are a pack of chicken breast with a sugar free sauce (GHues is the best)
Ex.
1 pack of chicken breast
1 bottle of SF BBQ sauce
cook on high for 3-4 hours
shred and serve!
So many meals out of this: BBQ sandwiches, with veggies & mashed potatoes, etc.!
okay I have been obsessed with the vegan Cesar salad dressing on nyt cooking- i just keep a jar of it in the fridge and make lots of salads and it really pops off and elevates some lettuce. also chili (underrated and healthy) and chickpea salads with cucumber etc more of a summer dish but really healthy and filling and it legit takes like 5 min
Salmon in the oven with broccoli and couscous or rice is a very easy and fast dinner, or I love making salmon bowls (little bit more effort but still very quick!) In my salmon bowls I add carrot, pickled cucumbers, edamame, salmon, furikake seasoning and spicy mayo. Any soup is always a good meal to have for a couple or a few days - my favourites are curried lentil, sweet potato and apple or carrot, and chicken (I will use a rotisserie chicken if I have one leftover). My fiancé's favourite meal that is also very quick/easy is homemade Crunchwraps (which I believe you and Jared have made before too). Half-Baked Harvest is my favourite for recipe inspiration, I make a ton of her recipes and I also rip a lot of the Hello Fresh recipes off the website and make it myself. Hope this helps!

EASIEST CHICKEN *not so healthy but delicious.
1 chicken cut into pieces
250 ml bbq sauce
200 ml apricot jam
1/4 cup onion flakes soup. (Or 1 onion grated)
Mix the sauce, jam and onion in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces on the sauce and put on pyrex. Then the rest of the sauce pour it in the pyex with the chicken. Cook in oven covered for 40 mins at 350. Then uncover and cook for 20 more mins.
