Nice idea with the crafting station storage. I have seen 3 high chests using poles so seeing you do 4 high is inspiring. I'm on SEA and its fairly quiet here. Loads of resources as a result though which is an advantage for solo and small groups. One hint I have is that if you're levelling tailor or even carpentry it's more efficient to do spinning for tailor or wood block for carpenter as it uses way less materials than crafting actual things to level. Even if your spinning or woodblock is on a hard craft it still works out cheaper than making clothes or furniture/stuff. I only craft clothes or furniture when I need them, like the decorative chests. You could probably work out the materials and numbers better than I could to show what is more efficient.
I've been using simple tables. I put three chests in front of the table, then three chests on top of the table. I inch the top chests as close to me as I can. I'm going to try your method. Thanks!
for any1 that sees the pole and think this building sucks cuz it ugly and dont care about how little space this takes... tuse small wood ceilling floor in between the walls, free hand place the first one a tiny bit over the chest and link up all the way to the back and in the middle you link the back for support, i made a "bank" on valheim using that method could stack it as high as stability offers but 4 to 5 was best due to annoyance of "looting" said chest. And if its still not perfect enough you can make it plenty pretty by playing around the chest using poles to make them look like they are popping out of the walls, but those kind of builds take hours lol. gotta choose effiency or look :P. ( sorry im the fancy neighbor that likes his stuff all neat XD ) but i spend hours farming and building, cuz thats what i enjoy in survival game lol :P get high and let the imagination roam since im too poor to do it irl Great vid again :) got my sub on the shield one and comment on this one :D loll
I'm 53 and watching your videos about this game makes me want to buy the 4 plot just so I can join you in making things as ugly and inconvenient for everyone as possible...lol Great work. So it isn't all of us old guys that want everything nice and neat...
benji, you're the only one who's actually making any kind of content that isn't straight up shilling or glazing this game but also sharing good tips for players who have nothing else to play. I think a video where you briefly go over every skill and the best way to train them would go a long way for solo players(which majority are but the devs don't care)
I got a shield vid out but weapons are basically the same and I can't 100% create the bear bug glitch so it's a hard sell. I have an alternate weapon leveling method but I'm keeping it under wraps or possibly "members only" cause this is a zerg game and there's lots of competition where I live.
Where's your house Benji, I'm in your server I've seen you, we're in ardennes south of the south river by the forest. Let's meet up and share knowledge, I know you love this game deep in your heart, come join the House of Sanders.

You can make your entire floor out of chests too.
How many floor tile will need to get all chests front faced? what if you put all chests side faced?

@@SwoleBenji understandable bro, god speed
Trees keep spawning in my base. Please share how to perm stop them from spawning so I dont have to chop 4 trees every 30 minutes
You can’t 😂
u can do the same thing with the coal makers and double stack them
I want to be able to recycle the chests I no longer use. Break them up into wood again. As for houses, i saw someone who built a 6 story house....
Most I can get is 7 stories. I've seen 11 stories using multiple plots and a massive cliff.
my saving space tip: uninstall this tech demo to save disc space
Would love some how to powerlevel crafting skills as fast as freaking possible so we dont die of bordom videos.
Something I'd like to make but I dunno if the views would be worth the effort.
@@SwoleBenji unfortunately true :(
Use decorated chests

I'm loyal to the person that bought me the game. I live in the Southwest part of Nones. Prometheus server, Inis Gallia map.
@@SwoleBenji I'm in south Ardennes right next to Nones, currently building a huge castle off the road, same server and map.
Trailer Park boy
I save a LOT of space on my ssd by not installing it.
The game's like 8gb? That hasn't been alot in a long time
@@shadowstrikegaming4435 its a lot for that flaming peice of ####
I bought it and enjoy it, but not as much as I enjoyed your joke bro! Nicely done... 😂
All for ugly but optimized. 🙃
