Talk shows are not scripted, they are talked about in advance what they're gonne talk about. There is a difference. It's not like they get lines, LOL. Silly, silly people.
idk why people get offended about talking points being prepared on talk shows, I'm sure this one had them as well.
Because they act like everything is a surprise and comes out of the blue. So they are acting, not "talking."
do u know how human interaction works? if you have a first date do you not think about questions to ask or not ask and what to discuss? i'll tell you why talking points are helpful, other than to move conversation... the host many times does not know the guest, or may know the guest too well and it be too easy to go off track..which seems to happen a lot with seth and his SNL reunions which i love, but they still try to target discussion, it's a limited time frame and the guest is there for a purpose. it is not scripted, but it is formatted. it's not a big deal, truly if someone has a story they want to tell or a photo to share. who cares??
