Free Radical Reactive usually post dysentry or post STI.
On Enteropathic you may get others features of inflammation or malabsorption.
Fecal calprotectin can be positive in enteropathic. Other extra-articular manifestations may be there.
We have long lectures for that,
It is just approach.
