After you put the chrome on go over that part with top coat. Then wipe the nail with alcohol. It will remove the chrome from every where the top coat wasn’t applied. Hope this helps ☺️

I matte top coat the nail first then use gloss top coat where I want the chrome to be, chrome won't stick to matte

I think wherever it’s sticky the chrome gonna stick, try a eyeshadow brush to put it on and like a 3D brush to clean up

Best way for chrome not to stick your back ground of to have on shine top coat it will never stick but once it's Matt it will stick
