Day 7 ✔ Felt this one deep! I always say that I'm not a creative person. But I'm reminded again that it's not just about art or design. Creativity takes form in lots of things. And that was truly comforting.

Today, I read Paul Grilley’s Yin Yoga book and the chapter was about Shiva and Shakti. When you start talking about creativity and the power in sacrum in every one of us, I felt the lightness in me. During this 20 minutes, I tried to stay concentrated and now I am like grounded, stable and relaxed. The flow was soo juicy, I liked that!💗 thanks Jen! See you tomorrow!🌟
I found this the toughest day yet...I didn't realise quite how much tension/stress I store in my hips! Feel proud for gently easing in and exploring. Day 7 ✅
Found the stretching quite intense. Felt amazing afterwards. I love this challenge so much. Falling more and more in love with a daily yoga flow. Need to get creative to keep this going 😉
My day 7 done ❤ thank you! I felt the creativity in this flow, the flow itself is very creative, specially that rolling back to the happy child where we began!
Oooff this one was super juicy in the hips! I loved the extended leg cat and cow to half frog. Thanks Jen for switching on our creative feminine side! I’ll be mindful in expressing more of that energy today.

My mat is very small anyway so day 7 was quite wild😂 definitely in need of a bigger one! Btw. this felt so so good as my hips are so tight at the moment. Thank you💚

It's the hip openers for me. All the stagnant energy and built up emotion, blocking the sacral center. I can feel it releasing.

I haven’t been very well the last couple of days but by the end of this flow I felt a lot lighter. That half frog was absolute 🔥 🔥 💕
My hips are sore but also feel amazing! Always getting me with Skandasana! A great flow and much needed!
Hip opener in a non obvious way👍 Half frog, leg lifts and butterfly boat to happy baby all wonderful❤️
