My dispatcher james price wouldnt let me do anything but a 34 hour reset. Called me saying i could be fired for not doing as i was told. Everyone in the main office knows he is a moron. Now when debbie was my dispatcher she let me have 1 full weekend a month to myself but the rest were 34 home and gone as soon the 34 was up which was great because i could have 3 good checks and good hometime 1 full weekend a month. Thats my experience only tho. Great video jim.
    Btw this was 2017

I would focus on being an outstanding driver when you are on duty and not taking extended breaks in between shifts. Communicatie what you want as early as you can. My advice on hometime request or an extra day off is to send it in a Qualcom message and then follow up with a phone call. If there's a situation with your dispatcher, Rodney Francis, the Driver Mediator would be the first person other than your dispatcher to talk to about it.
