I moved up to a crown vic from a taurus. My old Silver SEL 2006 I can't find no where else online of such a car with the sun roof and the black trimline it had. I loved it as my first car but I have always been strict about vehicle safety and the rear suspension issue with is NOTORIOUS for these cars made me very concerned that I had to get rid of it. Miss her, capped her at 167K.
My AC was working great last year this year not so good i think its the same problem with that clutch i put freeon in and took it to see if there was a leak and no leak so im guessing its that and maybe a new cabin airfillrer witch is a bitch to fix because its inside the engine bay by the winsheild on the passenger side behond that plstic cover they should have placed it inside the car where the glove comprtment is at thats where my ford focus had it
Hey sir im back from the other vidro my car is exactly like yours and has the same problem with the rattling noise dame thing happen 😅 with my belt i revved it to hard pulling out in a busy highway on 635 in dallas texas and ripped my belt lost steering it all ent to shit we fixed it although im havi g the dame rattling noise can you mind telling me what that problrm is again the clutch compresor thing

I got the 2000 mercury version of the taurus. it's a little slow but it has been very reliable for me
