Somehow aapki recipe hi palle padti hain. Saw so many recipes, but its easy to grasp your recipes, Thanks Kabita and more thanks for the tips like : 1.hold the lid as a sheild while adding masala paste in oil to avoid splurge of oil suddenly 2.add the malai (cream) only after switching off the gas to avoid curdling of the cream 3 one can mix cream and milk if you do not prefer or have more/enough cream. I loved the above tips from you, thank you
