Got to love JSU instinctual ability to cease the moment. That break during the parade was spontaneous but definitely a win/win for the band because their mistake of stopping and performing on the local Network side created such enthusiasm that the major networks not only broke into the local network feed and aired it but genuine excitement was built for the band when they got to the corner. I was LOL at the major network Host who couldn't contain himself over wanting to see JSU perform on his side. A moment to behold. And yes, Norfolk Band did stop in 2023 on the the major networks side and performed for about seven minutes without anyone hurrying them along. JSU turned an Oops moment into an out of the park home-run.💗
Man I hate I missed this live getting my son ready for a golf tournament in the Bahamas… Bro I am so proud of this young man.. From Jackson Lanier to leading the best band at the RB parade is nothing short of miraculous… Cali people don’t get excited about many things and for them to get excited about the Boom and their performance speaks volumes…..
I fell asleep waiting on the show sitting on the sofa but caught the replay. I loved Rochelle's prophetic word for Dr. Little AND i loved when Dr. Little almost cut loose about preparing soldiers and what kind of mentality is required. It sent chills!

I'm glad TD asked about the banner carriers. To me they set everything off for the band when they were performing.
NSU Spartan Legion didn’t get any blow back because the Rose bowl committee asked them to perform in that slot prior to coming to the parade.
Rose Bowl Parade President Morales visited The Boom at JSU campus a few months before the parade. They know who SBOTS are and how they rock the house.
