    I don't care what Eric says, crow hopping is definitely improving my FH and BH and lowers my OAT

    Awesome feedback on the 3 things! I haven't thought much about my tempo. I think that will be my next adjustment. Can we cut these down by like 3 minutes for the 3 minutes he talks for "2 seconds?" 😁😂

    Seeing as this is a "professional team" with "professional software and money" you'd think atleast the "professional disc golfer" (Eric joakly) would be miced up. I love infinite. I bag the chariot, and the infinite version of the fd, I love both of them, how ever this lack luster video is disappointing at best. I think you guys have a great position and ability to represent disc golf as a main stream sport. And if it was my first time hearing about a run up or x step I would consider this a jokey back yard game and not somthing viable for ESPN or somthing I'd spend serious money on whilst putting this much energy into it. I love you infinite but standards should be MUCH higher then this last minute thought of a video.... and maybe get a pro with a better. More relatable form, everyone knows Eric throws like a weirdo and no body should mimic his horrible form. Just saying...

      Definitely understand where you are coming from on the mic set up and production value. A little context behind the video, this was the first week after I had been hired by Infinite and I just happened to be in the same area as Eric. I did not have equipment with me but I did want to get some content while I was there. We are working on getting some better quality film equipment to add production value to our content. I do appreciate the feedback and hopefully we will be able to bring more value to the viewers!

    Its really cool to see that Eric is referencing some of Over Throws concepts as he explains! Such good guys.

    • @sarinhighwind
      @sarinhighwind Год назад +1

      Eric has talked about that long before overthrow.
      The "creating the space" is just the current tag line in the coaching community.

      @@sarinhighwind My man, Eric an OG and everyone knows that. He also has been very open about Overthrow helped him in the offseason during their talks and sessions. Its all love.

      @Kenneth Crosby pretty sure eric helped josh. =)
      Its always good to get a different perspective on your form though.
      But eric knows way more on coaching than josh.

    • @erikkteschlog
      @erikkteschlog Год назад

      You can't just reach, you have to coil your torso to create the space. Like Eric said, offsetting your feet helps give you enough space to reach back and then swing through on a straight line

    Don't know if anyone will answer, but... Is the idea behind Eric's hop similar to a crow hop as an outfielder in baseball? Using the momentum of the downward force (gravity) to generate forward momentum?

    • @Infinitediscs
      @Infinitediscs  Год назад +1

      I think it is very similar to a crow hop! Using the ground to generate more power as you move through your throw

  • @jaym6945
    @jaym6945 Год назад +2

    I'm sorry but there are some old concepts and good examples that pros teach how they think they throw but they don't.
    Do not "pull"! Do not open your right upper arm more than 90 degrees to your chest until release. Google spin and throw or overthrow's box drill to see what I mean
