Same. Cinder Spires is special to me, because it combines so many things I specifically like. You know, when you read a book and you wonder if the author can read your mind (to me, another is Grimnoir Chronicles by Larry Correia, or Draconis Memoria by Anythony Ryan). AND his son is also releasing his second book later this year, so at this point the Butcher family has the PIN number of my bank card.
I just watched Cast a Deadly Spell last week. Its pretty good, the producer was Gale Ann Hurd, you might have heard of some of the movies she worked on, Terminator for instance. Fred was very good as was Clancy and The Evil Genius. The effects are good for that time.
The cat keeps mouse well in line, but i think cat's have been doing that for at least a few millineniums, I'm more interested to see how Harry works out his relationship with his daughter or daughters if you count the spirit child of him and laschiel

The Publisher in Poland just axed the series after book 16 - so only thing left is to buy the originals....reading Dresden in english feels weird :)
