Great video, but you forgot to add how to read your script. Do you set up your laptop behind your phone so that you can read your script, or do yo use a teleprompter? Just curious. I'm trying to set up my desk recording station and am stuck on the teleprompter or to use a laptop. Thanks,
How are you locking the focus? If you have to lean up to push the frame button and then when you lean back, you are at a different distance from the lens?
Great idea. You are an apple fan boy sir 🙂🙂🙂 I will apply these method in my samsung s23 ultra. I hope you can make a camera vlog test about samsung ultra 😊😊😊
If you're using the phone as a camera what are you using for the teleprompter, a second phone? Also, how do you lock focus and exposure unless the phone is within arm's reach?
Yes you would use a second phone to read off the teleprompter. If you have an old phone laying around you could use that. Another way would be to use the teleprompter apps, which gives you the option to have the text displayed on the screen when using the selfie camera. If you are sitting further away, to lock focus and exposure, you can place an object to where you will be sitting and lock the values on it.
I tried the smartphone in my studio but ending up going back to my Sony camera because of teleprompter issues. However, my studio camera never leaves the house and this is where the smartphone really makes a big difference. So Ive taught myself to speak to camera when Im outdoors without a teleprompter. The result is authentic and spontaneous and conveys my real feelings (that doesn't need a teleprompter anyway). So when Im outdoors with my iPhone, its all about off-the-script observations and feelings. www.youtube.com/@asia-focus
