I would recommend that if you are going to claim to run this seminar in accordance to tikanga Māori, and discuss Māori concepts such as 'kaupapa', 'kaitiakitanga', 'ki uta, ki tai' you include Māori tikanga and matauranga Māori experts as well as the many Māori scientists that are working in this space. None of the experts on this webinar were Māori. If you understood these concepts in their entirety, you would have known to do this. This is a strong recommendation for your future webinars if you choose to incorporate Māori concepts. I understand the intent, which is to learn about the different research happening in NZ on aquatic systems and current mitigation strategies in place to address impacts, however none of these are coming from Māori perspectives, which is contradictory to the Māori concepts being promoted here. He korero whakatupato kia koutou mo nga ra kei mua i to aroaro. Mauriora.
