I am so glad to have watched this. I bought my machine in Nov used (but brand new, the person who bought it first hated it). The shop I bought it from went out of business in Dec. I have no one to call, and no one in the area to repair should it need it. The person who does repairs is around until Mar. to do yearly cleaning and then he is gone. I see all kinds of things I want to watch. Thank you thank you thank you.

Hi Kathy, So glad we could help. We love the Husqvarna Viking Opal sewing machines. They do so much without a huge price tag. If you don't have a Husqvarna Viking dealer near you, check with another sewing machine store that does service. Many stores can service other brands of sewing machines. Happy sewing! ~Sara~
