Incredibly fast screen printing job change - MHM

SPSI shows how fast you can change a 5 color job to another 5 color job on the MHM SP5000 at the ISS Fort Worth Trade show - 2 minutes and 47 secs. This was done on a 12 color 14 station Synchroprint automatic while printing Aquarius water-based ink. Pair the Douthitt Computer-to-screen with the pin registration system of the MHM and you have a lethal partnership, with the GOTO registration of the 5000 & you surely will be a high production screen printing shop!

Would love to see an unedited version of these changeovers! Can’t really tell how fast it is in these videos especially when they’re at a tradeshow. Would love to see a real-time changeover in a real shop because super fast changeovers sound great!

wait.... does every head on the press have its own 'triloc' ??

yes - but it is a pin registration system, not tri loc - it has four pins that go into the four cups on each corner of your screen.
