  • Hi favs 😃, This Sardine Bread is super nice! You should try it!
    1. Proof your yeast ( warm water, milk, sugar and yeast)
    2. Add an egg and mix
    3. Mix your dry ingredients ( flour, sugar , salt and cinnamon )
    4. Gently fold your dry ingredients in the wet ingredients until combined
    5. Knead for 5 minutes
    6. Add your butter and continue kneading
    7. Place in an oiled bowl
    8. Cover for an hour
    9. Punch out the air and divide into two
    10. Roll out and gently add sardines and fold
    11. Place in a buttered pan and leave to rise for 30 minutes
    12. Bake at 180 for 30 minutes using buttom heat function
    13. Coat with some butter
