"50 Score of 12 have I" a score is 20 and he has 50 of them, so he has 1,000 12's or 12,000.
"A fortnight more will lay nine by" I think this implies he'll have gathered 9 scores of 12 in two weeks. So he's gaining about 1,080 in a week if im correct.
"If i collect till solstace moon, how many will I have in June?"
The solstace is on June 30th, and they say the date is feburary 9th. So thats about 21 weeks give or take. Amounting to about 22,680 collected. Add that to the 12,000 we calculated earlier and the answer comes out to 34,680.
Admittedly I've never been great at math so I might be a bit off, but i think Im right.

Synopsis
