Excellent information. I wish I had this kind of knowledge back in the 80's when I played ball. We didn't have the internet nor anyone teaching this kind of information on RB drills. I was a pure instinctive RB back then like all the other RBs & I still did good, so just imagine if I had today's info. Ah the information age, you young generation need to take advantage of this.
