You can see that she has a lot of innominate movement with that ober's test... stabalize and see how far the LE adducts to get a better idea of tension in IT band. Good video though. Thank you for the upload.

No matter what I do my IT band will not get better, I can't go for walks anymore and get chronic bursitis in hip.
