You can choose whatever book as per your ease ....these concepts remain same everywhere. I do follow KLM .. INDERBEER so not a single book to clear all concepts....
Now just focus on your syllabus not on MDCAT . Learn conceptually and don't cram things.if you have good percentage in matric and inter plus good basic knowledge than you can easily crack MDCAT. So i recommend you just focus on your studies right now and make habit to solve mcqs of topic daily

Its depend on your routine so make schedule according to that. Study atleast 3 hours a day
