Tried this recipe BUT with a replacement. Instead of the meat for the kebabs, I added soyabean nuggets to it for a vegan version and the taste was just the same as compared to the meat 😋 Plus due to the channa dal and soya present, I used minimum oil for shallow frying too. Almost turned out a healthy version for sure. 😊 The sandwiches turned out super yummy. Thanks for the share. 🙏 Do continue sharing more such easy and tasty recipes.
