Golden retriever energy. Many animals are sensitive and respond to emotion, even if they don't understand. When I had a dog, she would always come over if she sensed someone in the house was bothered by something, and poke her head in for a therapeutic pat. FUWAMOCO very much doing exactly the same thing.

Fubuki-iinchou might be the most complex character in this RP lol. She has that strong aura that gives off an intimidating vibe, those grand entrances that show no hint of fear or humanity, and the cunning and conniving wit to meddle in lots of things without getting too caught up that they'd affect her. She goes to the front lines of gunfights without a care in the world, because both sides dying only lead to her getting more business, and she gambles her money for a bit of entertainment since she has the world in the palm of her hand anyway... and yet even so, she fell in love, and was rejected. She was so good at being above it all that she wasn't able to come down anymore, to walk beside Mio.
Absolute cinema.
She's a role model of what's considered true neutral. A powerful jack-of-all-trade, and the one who can keep their own balance in any situation.

The mask and gloves are to hide the fact that she's some kind of invisible science experiment, ghost or demon, which explains her overwhelming pressure and aura
