I'm so honored to be in that group
No doubt about that 😎👍🇳🇿
Nailed it !!!
I'd like to add Justin Wilson to this list .
Add The Doobie Brothers
One of my favourite things about your videos is Mrs Rollins giggling away at Mr Rollins. That’s marriage goals right there!
Glad you enjoyed it, she is the love of my life and I love to here her laugh
@@CowboyKentRollins Aw that is just so lovely, you make such a lovely couple and it really warms the heart. Also thank you so much for the reply! That made my day. Sending lots of love to you all (including the pups) from Glasgow, Scotland.
I'm with you. Shannon's laugh is infectious, and it's clear watching these videos that their marriage is a happy one.
Right, with how she does the filming and I think editing as well, also has culinary skills herself, paired with their adorable pups warms my heart all around too. Great people. Always wanted to visit Glasgow, hello from the Pacific Northwest ☺️
She adds so much to the videos, correcting him or encouraging his silliness.it’s a great pairing,
Death in the Family:
My father-in-law talked about cooking something one night and I said he should watch you channel Kent. He loved it so much he immediately ordered your new cookbook. Not long after his health took a turn for the worst. I asked him to move in with us so we could care for him and my wife would not have to run all over trying to care for him. Sadly he passed last Friday sooner than we expected. During the time he was with us though we watched many of your videos together. He never even had the chance to make a meal from your cookbook. He wanted to though.
My hat is off to you Sir for giving us many good memories and good quality entertainment. Something we are lacking these days. Thank you Kent and Mrs. Shan. My wifes name is Shannan by the way.
Take care Sir and God bless.
Shane from Elberta, AL.
Very sorry for your lose 😞
Shane so sorry to hear about the loss in your family, we hope that he and all of you felt like family when you watched our vides, cause family is what we consider you to be to us. May God comfort you and yours and may he bless you with grace and peace
@@CowboyKentRollins Thank you Sir. God bless.
This man is the Bob Ross of cooking. So relaxing, informative, and makes you feel like you can do anything!
You are family to us, Thanks for watching
I don't even cook I just like Kent's personality when he's cooking.
He's inspirational. He is trying to pass on the things he has learned in life and to show that not all old men have to be so damn grumpy all the time and to pass a skill to the next generation that they may have missed
They make a light wine that pairs well with hotdogs!
Think it was called "beer".
So true
Barley pop
You know you're working with a serious wok when its got rebar handles!!
Yep about 65 pounds it is
looks like a disc off an old plow
@@lynnhooley7608 It is, off a disc harrow.
Haha "Wine in a hot dog?" lol that cracked me up!
This is the highlight of my day . Thank you for all of the amazing quality content!!!!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching
Thank you Kent for all you do for us, and your salute to the service men and women!! They deserve are utmost respect and thanks!! Now I have to go change my shirt because I drulld all over this one!!!😊😊
Being a southerner origionally from Arkansas, I can say that no one has ever asked me to slow down i talk to fast... lol
Yeah, I resemble that myself being from Arkansas! 😊 😉
Another great dish from the master
Shoot, I live in Little Rock and I have people telling me to slow down all the time lol
Pine Bluff and same here, like his ulu slicer and the wok
The West meets the East and the results sure look mighty tasty! Thanks for the recipe and cooking tips.
Our pleasure!
You are one of my favorite cook on youtube. The most enternaining for sure. For a reason. What you just did there, to mix chinese cooking (and wrongly call it japanese) with the good 'ol boy cowboy cooking style, olive oil in asian food and pair it with red wine !?? sure, why the hell not. Only The cowboy can come up with those combinations ! 🙂That wok looks more like a Spanish Paella pan to me than a wok but... you know, as long as it works ! Hee haw! We love you Kent, never change. You are perfect the way you are.
Thanks so much for watching
Wednesday doesn't roll around fast enough. Look forward to seeing y'all every week. Be blessed.
Thanks for watching and God bless you
My mouth is watering, bring it on!!
Thanks for watching
the name of that knife is an ulu its a centuries old native alaskan knife used for skinning and processing game and fish. I have one works great
An ulu has a different handle, The hashnkife has been around for many years my original was given to me by a dear friend a Retired Texas Ranger, it was is great Grandmothers, it is what we modeled ours like, handmade in by one of the greatest blacksmiths in the country
I have been a follower for a couple years now. I live in Ohio but recently have been talking to a lovely Oklahoma girl who just puts a smile on my face. I would like a shout out to her if at all possible. Her name is Baylee and she is such a wonderful young lady and I thank the lord for blessing the conversations I have with her. May The Good Lord bless the Rollins family as well.
Oh!! this is cowboy style "Gyuu-don"(beef-bowl) look so yummy. I'll try to cook this. watch and enjoy from Japan.
Hope you enjoy and Thanks for watching
I just love you both and all your fur kids included. My dr told me to drink wine for my Italian blood disorder also
Lost of good health benefits
Great looking beef stir fry,I'd used mushrooms as well, but over a bed of rice this will be amazingly good Kent Rollins.
He ain’t no cook he’s a chef!!! great tips on this video... thanks for making hump day something to look forward to
It is Wednesday! Time to watch Cowboy Kent Rollins cook something good!!
Hope you enjoy
GOD Bless Kent and Shannon, thank you for all you do. Thank you for making a bad day at work into a good evening at home. Keep adopting those 4 legged humans !
Thanks so much
Some people order those "meals in a box" that come each week, I hear they are decent, but THIS, this is MY weekly meal prep. Wednesday tells me what's on the menu every weekend! Thank you Sir!
Glad to help
Never thought that I would hear Mr Rollins utter the words EARTHEY FLAVOR!!!!!
That Stir Fry looks good as can be! I love Shannon's laugh, it's contagious.
*You're AWESOME Kent!*
Thanks for your recipes!
You are so welcome
I love both your personality and your cooking - thanks to you I'm taking my first steps in southern USA cuisine. Greetings from Poland!
The egg makes the prettiest shine and taste good too
Folks, this is GOOOOOD! I went wrote down the grocery list and followed the directions today, was AWESOME!!!!
One of these days, I’m gonna make this for everyone when we go camping. My friends and fam will think I’m really something special. Lol. Thanks! 🏕
Awesome Video. God bless You and Shannon and The Beag and The Duke and The Major. Can’t wait until next Wednesday.
Thanks for watching
Thanks, Cowboy Kent and Family!!
I love stir fry’s. I’ve never seen wine added to them. Thank you for sharing.
Wonderful once again, Ken! As an Anglojap (Brit living in Japan) I can honestly say this looked amazing! Now we have probable relaxed rules for Corona in certain places, I'd love to recreate this for my friends as we go into summer out at a BBQ somewhere on my portable gas stove. Good job!
Mr. Rollins thank you so much for your videos and especially your personality. You and the Mrs. Rollins are awesome together. 😊
I love it. I have a big wok and will be season it well. First recipe is here! Love to y'all.
Hope you enjoy
THANKS
You're welcome!
*I do be lovin them flavors.*
There must be magic in these videos, I began thinking about a stir fry, after a few hours on the tractor. Came in and relaxed then turned on this electronic device and guess what came up first in line without even doing a search, your stir fry video. Great recipe and for once I have all the fixins, save another brand of wine but hey, its a first try.
Your best western chef!!!👍👍👍👨🌾
Thanks for watching

I like family to me you can't put my dad was born and raised in Missouri. Love you show. Keep it going.
I'm a craving some beef stir fry!!! Thanks...Peace!!! God Bless You!!!
Bill
Thanks Bill
Teaspoon of baking soda, tablespoon of deep fryer oil to the beef marinade. Use some leftover deep fryer oil for the stir fry. It has seasonings and flavors from previously cooked items and a lower flash point allowing it to vaporize and give the signature smokey stir fry flavor.
I “need” a disca...but, I’ve been using a 14” wok we received as a wedding present in 1979! It is well seasoned. Thank for this recipe.
Loving your cooking and loving your accent. Greetings from hopefully not your only German fans
Thanks so much
My Great Grandfather drank a glass of wine everynight. He lived to be 96 years old.
It sure helps
@@CowboyKentRollins yes it does.
My grandma drinks a dab of whiskey before bedtime she's 75 and more active then me lol!
Seattle Day; My great grandma took a few pinches of Snuff every day and she lived to almost a 100. No brag, just fact. Oklahoma has produced some mighty tough folks.
@@harrisonmantooth3647 That's so cool long life geans.
That does look good Kent! I agree with Shann that wine with a hotdog is not a pairing. Thanks for the interesting wagon cooking!
You bet, Thanks for watching
I think the only thing that is missing is the On-yon (onion).
Me, too! On-yon goes in everything.
A lot missing!!!
Sure looked great..I will be trying this recipe for sure. Thanks for taking time out of your day to share and for the dance!!
You are so welcome!
God bless you Kent & Shannon,, Love from Ireland !
Thanks for watching and God bless you
I love that blue and white bowl I find pieces of that that looks like it when I'm marble hunting in fields
That stir fry looks amazing .. always Wednesday is good day due to Rollins family.. thank you both .. respect from Canada 🇨🇦
Our pleasure Bobby and Thanks for watching
That looks amazing! I can't wait to make it for my family! Thank you! 😊
Hope you enjoy
Your such grandad energy. I’m loving it! Miss mine so much..... although he was older then you are.
After a long battle of depression, I have really found joy in watching you cook and your comedic personality as well. I find myself watching all of these episodes over and over. I wished I had known about you earlier. I just discovered you about 2 months ago. Keep the recipes coming.
Gonna make this tonight for my husband. Fingers crossed❤
if you peel the outside bottom part of the broccoli (tough and stringy part) you can use the inner part just like the tops just as tasty
Just saw an old video of Shannon sharing one of her recipes. I'd think that would be a good addition to the channel in the long run. Periodically.
Oh my I do my Chinese food with the same sauce as Kent but I always add chicken stock. Never even thought of wine. I'm definitely going to have to try this!!
Hope you enjoy
Hey Kent I really appreciate your passion for cowboy cooking! I now own a 14” & 12” Dutch Oven and several other skillets and flat irons! I’m slowly putting a new Flaxseed Oil finish on them by watching your videos! I’m becoming quite the legend around the campsite! Thanks brother! ❤️
Thanks for watching and glad to help, keep on cooking my friend
Thank you kent
Our pleasure
Absolutely the best! Made it with venison tenderloin, melt in your mouth delicious!!! 😋😋😋
Love your recipes and your cooking
Glad you like them!
Ooh wee yummy! It looks so great, I just love your u tube channel. 2 million is coming soon!!!
Thank you so much
Whooo Weeeeeee that turned out great Kent, thanks to the sponsors of this video those cards listing what foods they go best with is helpful !! Great looking meal for sure. Fred.👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👋👋🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thanks Fred
Mmmm, Mmmm, my son is a stir fry fanatic and he approves your stir fry cookin'!
Now this stir fry might be ultimate for me! Never considered a pre boil on some vegetables, just to soften them a bit. I'm not do crazy about the crispy vegetables. There is a happy point though, some people like them much crisper than I do.
Wooo! A kent upload, japanese stir fry (which is my specialty) with a south western touch? This is why you're in my top 5 sir!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching
Howdy, sir! I made this on Sunday night and it was the best stir fry I've ever made. Thank you!
Love some stir fry.
Hi Kent Rollins, your stirfry inspired me to cook the dish tonight. My family has been making wine (red) for 60 years, it's all pure wine and no preservatives. Depending on what's the meal is sometimes it may be 3 or 4 glasses of wine. You certainly enjoy the meal much more. Thank you for sharing your stirfry recipe.. Make your day a great on.
Love your authentic and entertaining content, personalities, outdoor cast iron cooking, and I appreciate your love for our country and us vets. So thank you!! You both seem like genuine, salt of the earth good people and the world needs more of this. I think that's why I was slightly disappointed by product advertising in this new video. To me, if a company sponsors your video, you tarnish your hard built reputation and lose credibility, but maybe that's just me. Also, since you do support USA, Yeti is now mostly made in China and it would be good to see all your merch be made here in the good ol' US of A. Peace and love to you both!!
Another Wednesday, Another Beautiful Recipe
Hope you enjoy
Great American chow, great Americans in the Rollins' and crew of pups ! Love the humor. May God bless each and everyone of you and God Bless America
You are so kind Hank and God bless you
Always a joy to tune in. Excited to try the recipe!
I bet this guy gives great advices everytime
Kent Rollins. I love your videos and have tried so many of your recipes, always so good. You and Shannon are amazing, so are the pups. Thank you for honoring our veterans ❤
Thank you for sharing your time and talents 🙏. God bless you and your family
Thanks so much Kym and God bless you
Mr.Rollins you sure know how make a man hungry!! Great video as ALWAY'S been watching you for few year's now ,and dog gone I've if I ain't gaining weight,LOL! God bless you and your Mrs.!!!
Thanks so much, and God bless you
Hey Kent I'm from Taiwan but I'm an American and I just got to say your stir fry looks really nice and I think a lot of Taiwanese would enjoy eating it
A lot of people are trying to get fit right now so thanks for the video!
Yes sir that looks like real fine dining to me sir thank you all
Looks so good! Well done, Mr. Rollins!
Thanks so much
Looks delicious! My mother made this years ago at her restuarants and actually called it "Ranch Steak" . its delicious! Enjoyed.
@Cowboy Kent Rollins : I tried the Bright Cellars wine. Pretty darn good! Thank you, kind sir!
I would suggest using peanut oil instead of olive oil because of the more authentic Asian flavor and the higher flash point. I would also use Saki instead of wine and then finish it off with a touch of sesame oil. Love your vids and look forward them every week.
That beef fry looked so good. I know it must have smelt good too.
I busted out the wok and followed right along. Deeeelicious.
You did good from Neil Schwerdt in west valley city , UTAH
Beautiful- I would have used sesame oil and gingered the beef.
I always add sesame oil at the last minute, love that and ginger!! Yes💛
@@darciemerriweather1206 Great point! Sesame oil adds so much flavor and should only be added as a finishing oil due to its very low smoke point.
Out door cooking is the best!!
That was some great looking stir fry, and i love that wok!!
Thanks Jeff
Hi Kent - you have done it again - you made my mouth water at over 3000 miles! Thanks for sharing and best wishes. Nigel
Hi there how are you doing. I hope you are safe and in good health. I'm Lara from California, looking for a new friend and i saw your pic here. I hope you don't mind, thank you
Looks great! My oldest cooking tool is a steel wok, had it for about 38 years now. Thanks Kent, Shan and Andy.
Thanks my friend for watching
Best way to end a Wednesday evening.....church then Cowboy Kent before you hit the hay.
I love your show.....DON'T EVER STOP! IT'S PERFECT JUST THE WAY IT IS!!!!!
Ohh man can’t wait to cook this soon
Hope you enjoy
Thank you Cowboy! My wife LOVES stir fry beef, but every time I try to make it, it turns out chewy, soggy, and in my opinion, NASTY. She eats it anyhow (claiming how GOOD it is) but I know that's only to make me feel better, lol, and YOU sir have never disappointed with your recipes. Definitely giving this a shot.
Hope you enjoy and Thanks for watching
Gettin' it hawt. Authentic Japanese beef stir fry! 🫑🍋🌶️🍄🥕🧄🥦
