The mistake other players do is trying to kill Julian from close distance, it gives him a chance to recover his HP. All you gotta do is wait until he used any enhanced skill then you got exactly 5 secs to stun and burst him to death. Easy!
Ya still gotta nerd that 75% magic lifesteal, it's too broken. (Everything else with him is fine, it's his lifesteal that gets him banned. Like do you know another hero who has 75% lifesteal? I think not, plus if you add concentrated energy it's too broken.)

The only nerf i would want to see is 1 sec longer cd on all his skills would make balanced, biggest weakness is his cd after his skills are used he is dead, but with a tankier build yeah harder to kill, hard county is athena and dominance
I use Tough Boots, Genius Wand, Shadow Twinblades, and Feather of Heaven The last 2 can be More Damage and then Winter Truncheon. Or it can be defensive depending on your playstyle.

@@zaniel9924 i tried it, got savage on my 1st game using book/talisman and i think i got 1 lose (bcz trash mm teammates) and 4-5 match win as of rn i feel like book is better since he needs to spam his skills especially his enhanced skills (depends on situation, i used 2nd enhanced skill for sustain, if i can caught someone using 3rd skill then 1st enhanced skill, for team fights i use 3rd enhanced skill for cc) also i use vengeance (btw there are other spells good for julian but that is my preferred spell for him for longer survivability) btw im using 45% cd build

Even if you reduce the 100% lifesteal by half from Julian, life drain items alone won't help.
