I must be a lucky bustard... my first case ever was a knife, and I also after that unboxed a butterfly doppler ruby. 2 rare things happened to me :)
of prob 200 cases ive gotten 5 Staty reds.(4 Factory new, 2 Field tested) the odds are crazy, but i've never gotten a knife, so i guess its fair

Great video but I’ve heard that the odds for a 661 stFN are over 20 million. I could be wrong but I think that’s more accurate than 9 million
My best opening was in 100 revolution cases where I got 1 Temukau and 2 golds 1 of the gloves being a BS amphibious glove
Considering probability of skins' conditions I used to think the same, but float's data shows that statistical frequency differs quite significantly from theoretical assumptions

@@wieser98 how what? How'd I found out or how that works?
I looked into this a ton, checking current existing skins and what % each condition is of the total supply, but the actual FN to total supply ratios were different for every skin, and going by that metric would mean insanely low float skins would be just as common as normal FN floats, which the data does not support. I didn't have a clear answer, so I went with float ranges as the safest option.

1/390.625 for a knife, 1/6 for that knife to be a doppler (5 doppler knives out of 30 total), 1/10 for that doppler to be a gem, comes out to 1/23437.5

a = Chance to unbox a knife from a case
b = Chance for said knife to be a the specific knife type
c = Chance for that knife to be a Doppler
d = Chance for the Doppler Knife to be a Blackpearl
e = Chance for the Blackpearl to have the Fade Pattern Index
0.26% x 20% x 16.7% x 1% x 0.1% = 0.0000000008666684%
=> 1 in 1.153.843.846 Cases
You don’t multiple 20% by 16.7%, there’s 6 knives out of 30 that are doppler, so its 1/6 for a knife to be doppler👍 your multiplying the odds for knife chances multiple times
The rarest skin in Cs2 is the StatTrak Ak-47 Case HArdened .Factory New, Pattern 661.. who got sold '' few hours '' ago ..
It’s not even remotely close to being as rare as that gator mesh m249, there’s a lot of other things that are much more rare than the 661
