The most likely thing is he went ( for some unfathomable reason ) down the bank and into the river. If it's true there was no search for several days ,and he did go in, the body could be far down river. Praying for Riley, in Jesus name ❤😢.
If he was pushed, or fell in the river, he sadly likely drowned being in the state he was in. Plus jeans are very heavy when wet. My dad told me when he was a young, athletic 22 year old, he almost drowned bc his boat tipped over in the lake & said the jeans became like weights pulling you down. Always take your jeans off if you will be submerged. Of course, that was real denim back then.
Red Truck window was broken out. Indicating robbers in the area. He may have witnessed the people breaking into cars. Look at the police video with the RED TRUCK.
They could have been under that bridge, and an unfortunate encounter. If not, he may have fallen down the hill, hit his head, and into the water. So many scenarios

He tumbled off the high abutment shown in the Tik Tok girls’ video. His card popped out of a pocket when he hit the bank 20 ft below. He bounced or rolled into the river and ended up 20 miles downstream by the time he was reported as missing.
