  • Persistently pursuing lifelong learning through Purdue University Global.
“I challenge you to never stop envisioning, never stop growing,” said Derrick Howell-McQueen, a 2021 Purdue University Global alumnus and keynote speaker at the spring 2022 commencement. “You’re merely marking this moment as one that is physical proof that you can achieve anything that you can see. I charge you to see again, to dream again, to envision again, to continuously be graduating.”
The Class of 2022 officially marked the moment on May 21, 2022, at Indianapolis’ Old National Centre. Congratulations to each of the 10,000-plus students in this year’s graduating class for persistently pursuing your college education. The best is yet to come.

A Poem to Memorialize Purdue’s Eternal Shame of Institutional Racism:
The Pale One at Purdue Northwest mocks a grieving family
Many Pale Ones flash white teeth in delight
Anguish in the hearts, pain in the soul of the grieving family
A Judas from the grieving family accepts silver coins in exchange for a smile instead of mockery from the Pale Ones
    The curtain falls
    Darkness comes
Now blood everywhere but silence from the Pale Ones at the Purdue home in the West
    Who to blame?
    This is not a game
    Who to blame?
    Search your heart
    Transform your soul
Now ask again: Who to blame?
