    Love that you tested this with different types of leather - just what I was looking for

    I made it with the same formula.
    I will try with jojoba oil as an add-on....jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, solid natural cocoa butter and beeswax

    I have made my own leather balm only using EVOO instead of almond oil. I did that because of my son's allergies to nuts. Works great. 20 dollars for a 4 oz can is cheaper than me buying the ingredients. 4 oz will last a good long while. Thanks for the videos.

    You should try Saphir Renovatuer.. It's a leather conditioner cream for leather dress shoes.. It's awesome and doesn't change the leather shade much..

    Hey Ryan, love your channel, I have subscribed. I use Neatsfoot oil followed with Aussie wax if I want to water proof. How does this leather Balm compare to that?

      This product is more for maintenance and restoration. I haven't really tested it for water proofing. You can talk to Shane! Check out their website. Www.smithsleatherbalm.com

    Hey, Ryan. Do you apply this to every item that you make? I'm just getting into leathercraft, and planning to make a tote for my wife, but am concerned about how it will be affected if/when she has to walk in the rain with it. Thanks for everything you do!

    Any insight into applying this to sneakers, specifically Jordans. They do use a variety of leather qualities, but all could benefit from a balm. Additionally, would this die stitching. White stitching being common on sneakers.

    • @LittleKingGoods
      @LittleKingGoods  5 лет назад +1

      Doesn't mean it's not safe 😉. All the ingredients are organic and natural. They probably haven't been official tested together from an official source.
