This is random but a tip for your omelets Hannah: when you don't want to cut onions, a way to get "fresh" onions without the cutting and chopping is using frozen onions. Trader Joes and other stores usually have them in the frozen aisle and you can just heat them up with your butter in the pan before adding the egg to your omelet. I hate cutting them too the crying is not it lol that's a hack my parents taught me. This video was the pick me up I needed to start this week. 😊

I do this in Australia, buy the frozen diced onion and just use that for everything, saves me from crying every time!
@@krysin It's so helpful! And frozen onions and vegetables last so much longer than others that go bad in a week or less which is just another bonus

We all have these. So glad you had a good week. I'm having a comfy-core day but not going to be productive next Sunday due to playing the waiting game for a new fridge that crapped out. And the soonest I can get one installed is next Sunday, but they can't give me a set time that day so it's gonna be waking earlier than my norm on a weekend, and see whenever they deliver it before 8 that night. So wish me luck for next Sunday. And words from a 30 plus year old in their own place, always check your appliances monthly cause you never know when they might go out...

girl just chop your red/white/yellow onion & put into a freezer bag and keep it frozen!! i throw them into guac cold and they defrost to raw, or right into my pan for sauteeing and they cook super fast! Saves you money buying them "pre-chopped" :)
