When you check someone’s location on find my will they know or receive an alert that you did?

So on The Find My app I can put in any contact I have and it will show me there location?
Hi Joseph! In the Find My app, you can see the location of contacts who have shared their location with you. You can't track just anyone unless they’ve given you permission.
I am at the same place every Tuesday evening at 6p. I need documentation showing that. When I followed these steps it’s not there. What else could I try?

Due to the privacy, It’s not working if person doesn’t accept the share and you couldn’t track him/her.

It can it uses the Bluetooth of another apple device near them if they are part of the find my network and that device sends the location to apple if that device has internet connection

It sounds like you might not have location sharing set up properly. Ensure that location sharing is enabled for your contacts and that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

Lol everytime something is a scam or someone is involved with a scam they do this. I don’t understand why because for example with the scams, most of the screen names are obvious fakes and it will be the same comments recycled over and over, so it deters anyone with a brain that looks at comments away from it.
