ye wala LJN hai Lucknow Junction...(IRCTC RETIRING ROOM) & LKO Lucknow Charbagh pe Hai (Railways Retiring Room)....haan proper room hai with attached washroom bathing etc.

Yes that's an issue... I didn't find any lift to go to first floor...if you have more luggage then I think coolie is the only option...
