Roasting My First Whole Goat For Friends and Family

This roast goat is all the remains of two years of raising sheep and goats. While we usually would butcher it for ourselves, Thomas decided to take the opportunity to roast his first whole animal. Roasting this last goat marks the end of the chapter of our last two years and the start of our next as we look to reestablish ourselves and our meat-raising practices elsewhere.
