Sir, I am science student and I will be writing KCET in 2021, I have asked my seniors about the exam they said that, to prepare for KCET I am suppos to prepare for JEE, only then CET can be cracked with decent rank. Is this true?

But true to an extent.
I did that only.
Definitely not !
Solving previous 10 years question papers ( every single question and concept cleared) and 3 months constant preparation ( day in and day out) can get you a rank below 1000 .... Also writing mock tests for the last 1 month will help!
I prepared for 15 days before exam(11 hours a day) and I got 3994 th rank this year

2nd year has more weightage. 2nd year 75% and 1st year 25%. 45 questions from second year and 15 from 1st year.
