It's terrible d way some of us answer questions, d third man that called in from lagos doesn't seem to understand the issue on ground. I was a local government staff that retired in 2015 and up till date gratuities are not paid. How do you touch d lives by building bridges.

APC's demand of a state of emergency in Rivers state is mindless and thoughtless because, even in a state of emergency, the president of Nigeria has no constitutional power to remove a governor or any elected office holder, including mere LGA Councilors. It shocks me that people who are ignorant of the Nigerian Constitution are parading themselves as legislators and LGA chairmen.
