Thanks for the vid, might have to purchase some supplies and fix my new controller with horrible SnapBack.
So how exactly do I know what to set the SnapBack capacitor to? I just ordered one but I feel like it might be trial and error to figure out the best setting
I have a new of this one and have snapback literally from fabric. Someone know if this is normal or if I should ask for a warranty?
Commenting for the algorithm gods…. And the video is also amazing
Got my new gamecube controller, already have snapback. Thank's for the video ! (promo code not working anymore btw)
The reviews sound promising, but they don't ship to UK, so I'm outta luck. How does this compare to using a ceramic 1µF capacitor?
Hi thank you, I really do enjoy my no snapback module! I personally cant speak for the efficacy of a regular old capacitor but the reason I went with HandHeld Legend in this case was for the ability to change the capacitance as needed as PODE builds in my system, with a regular old capacitor it may work for awhile but will need to be swapped out as PODE increases, everyone's controller will handle it slightly differently so personally I recommended finding something that can change the capacitance to save a headache down the line, in my case it was definitely HHL's, hope this helped :D
@@BlamePhysics Excellent, sounds promising. The Etsy link had no UK option, but I found their YT Channel and website, and it allowed UK shipping, so I have one on the way. Even with the Capacitor I mentioned, my controller just doesn't do the job anymore. Landing reverses, inputs are wrong, dashes don't come out. Can't seem to win with it anymore on an emotional level, so this is my last ditch effort to salvage it other than replacing the stickbox entirely.
Might have to order these but thank you so much for the tutorial
appreciate the kind words! best of luck in your journey :D
@@BlamePhysics aw thank you so much and again thank you for the tutorial it’s helped out a ton
