im glad there are more ep3 owners out here in this world, i barely see content being made for this specific model of civic, thank you for this very interesting video! keep up the good work
I’ve owned mine for 4 years now and i love every bit of it.. no plans on getting rid of it since it sits next to my 03 rsx type S. These were good years for Honda.. I enjoy seeing new videos for the ep3.. keep em rolling man
Turning 30, you're still young bro. I'm 50 and still love the Hondas. I had a 2002 EP3 that I daily drove back and forth long distances that I eventually sold. Then I acquired a 2005 several years ago on BAT, but it was a rust bucket being from the east coast. Now I have a 2004 RSX-S with only 38K miles on it. I was going to make a video, but first I want to try and remove the tint from the windows. Anyway, I love these EP3 Si's. They're a lot of fun.
Haha yeah i know bro, they're fun cars, i love rsx's but at the time when i was looking for a car they were out of budget, but ill probably end up getting one some day, make a video on it bro
Awesome EP3 man, can i ask when you did your k24 swap did you need to do the California Bar stuff for emissions etc ? what steps do i go through for this if i do the same swap?
@@juanchoalbano442 oem tie rods for now and no aftermarket rack slider but i am planning on doing that, i want to minimize bump steer, although my alignment plays a big part in that since i run some toe out
@@juanchoalbano442 i only rub if i go over a big dip fast, and if i go up or down a driveway with some speed but if i angle it and go a lil slow no rubbing, so in reality no issues
Hey, the k24 was about $900 shipped to the shop, $60 for the side mount, about $900 for the labor to install the swap, $1400 for the hondata kpro ecu, $450 to get the car tuned

Hell yeah bro, is it just stock with bolt ons?

It's been about 2 years now since i did the swap, it won't pass cuz of the hondata ECU and tune
@@EP3Vize but if you do the test with stock ECU it will right ? many guys do that
Honestly it depends, mine didn't run properly without a tune so it didnt pass, others are lucky and runs well enough to pass
nice i got one too nothing like urs tho
They're fun cars, mine was supposed to be just a daily but here i am thousands of dollars later lol. Thanks for watching
2024! Following you bro, Your local. I have an 04 ep3. Bone stock as of now. How many inches lower from stock height?
Thanks bro, I can't remember but ill measure it when i have time and let you know
Thank you.. are you also running oem inner and outer tie rods? Any after market rack slider?
