    Its like making toffee when we were kids. But I guess the lemon prevents it from setting hard. Another secret from the Baker.😊

    Never knew you could make it yourself. What does the lemon do and does it make a difference if you dont use lemon? Cheers Chris. By the way....Have you done a coddle? Might be of interest to the non-Dub viewers.

      Yes, it prevents crystallization. Well, I’ve done one at home. Good idea! I should do one at some stage. Cheers! ☘️☘️
