Seaking would be better as the king, for the reason that the king piece is weak. Kingler is actually a pretty strong Pokemon, with its 130 ATK and 115 DEF, whereas Seaking has stats all under 100. Nidoking and Nidoqueen are pretty obvious choices, so I would definitely go with Slowking and Vespiquen, because they do vaguely resemble the king and queen pieces. i.e. Vespiquen's dress shape, the black and light colour combination and the tessellation is like that of a chess board; Slowking has a collar, like the king piece has collar, and it has a white and noticeably darker colour combination on that collar, like that of a chess board. Unfortunately, PIMPNITE's already done a chess team. (That's how you seem old in a RUclips comment!)
