Given the fact that there are wwll paved-wide roads, electricity and tapped water in Gulu, the city plan is really very good than most of these other cities which are going to graple with jam like Kampala in the near future. The building can come with time as people work hard and develope, but when the city lacks good planning, narrow road which may not easily be adjusted(ends up being like Kampala) even if you have all the tall buildings. Thanks Gulu for the best city plan, the tall buildings will keep comming up.
Yeah, in terms of roads, the Gulu leadership gets it better than Kampala. I pray that they continue on this path of proper planning and not end up like Kampala.

Surprised its 2023 and Gulu only has paved roads to write home about but coming to two decades since war ended,no vibrancy economically and socially,i think Gulu hasn't attracted a good number of ugandans from different places to work or reside there

Most importantly I'd they're clean,you can have a building and fail to maintain,Gulu is a very young city it has had peace for only few years and people are just trying to get back on their feet, can't compare it with any other cities that should have been far much ahead despite feeling comfortable and not running up and down.these guys have suffered too much,so development will come with time,for now it's at it's best I love it👍
