In my town (Monterrey N. L, Mexico) there is a dish made of goat including different parts of the animal and its preparation is similar... Rolling each part over the others... We call it "machito" because our macho culture gives the shape of a male organ. So, you did machitos jajajajaa.

Здравствуйте, чаще всего я пользуюсь миксами из разных марок глин. Цернит в них преобладает, т.к. придает изделиям прочности.
