    What are the blades called ... i do a lot of work with cold porcelien but every time i try to slice or cut they get squished ...i hv tried surgical blades as well doesnt work any suggestions?

    Is air dry clay just as good?

      Not for the caning technique to put the lighter lines in the cane but you can use air dry clay with the moulds and just colour the air dry clay or paint or powder your piece before it sets fully.
