We are so happy to welcome Gen Rigpa to KMC New York for weeks 3-6 on Winter Retreat! The first of the Four Great Preliminary Guides is going for refuge. In this video, Gen Rigpa explains how to go for refuge and why this is important in the context of Mahamudra meditation.
The Retreat is based on The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, and presented by Gen Samten and Gen Rigpa in a way that provides the structure for deep experience of their meaning.
