Every single file in the archive you linked in this comment is corrupt, and cannot be accessed in a downloaded ZIP (error 0x80004005 unspecified error when attempting to extract any file) or on the archive page (show all > view contents of UT2004.zip, clicking on any file causes error screen with exit code 81). The entire archive will probably need to be replaced.

@@AnonymousUT That's odd. Why am _I_ getting errors when _I_ download it? It doesn't make sense.
@@RenegadeScooter Try again, and use 7zip to open it (although it works with explorer).
@@AnonymousUT _7zip_ worked! Not sure why 7zip could extract the game files but Explorer couldn't.
