Using Overlays in VideoStudio X8

How do I add more overlay tracks? I have the trial version and dont seem to see track options button.

Yes, the audio is very bad. You may want to comment on why it is so bad. I trust it is not due to Video Studio X8. ????

Can you crome key the video track instead of the overlay
