Great video Cherie, The reno turned out amazing. We are on the final week of a 3 week 1 bedroom condo re-build series. I thought we were fast, apparently not. 😰😇. Great video good job

Great colors and materials. I feel the storage in the lounge makes a narrow room even more so.. It also dictates colors that may or may not be to a buyers’ preference. If you’re renovating, replacing upper cabinets with taller units would improve the look and function. While styling is entertaining, it would be helpful to see a bit more of the bones of the apartment and less shots of nick nacks and stagy “consultations .“

I wish you had shown the after before the styling. Would have liked to have seen the bones of the place just as we saw in the before.

Ok so far on the looking for a channel that does flipping and renovating, i am thinking that i am growing to love this one. Good job to you and your staff. I love how i am seeing that you and your staff is working and not just the staff doing it all. Working together as a team. Team work gets things done better where you come out with a good finish project at the end.

The added storage in the living room is a great idea given how little storage there is in the kitchen.

The cactus art prints remind me of where I live here in Scottsdale, AZ, USA. Surprised to see that in an Aussie real estate TV show.🌵😎

Unbelievable wicked so in keep with the proper investment profile and demographics.
Awesome reno especially love bedroom wow and kitchen and bedrooms are the most important rooms to get right and Cherie did it in record time.
4 days that neck breaking speed and on a budget too.
That's 6 days faster then most apartment renos only you could do it in that time I couldn't do it in 4 months lol even with professional team! Luvin' it - so bang on!
Unless you've been an open junkie you wouldn't notice all the tricks and accents and their expensive really make the place look bigger minimalist and they're keeping with the current upper market real clever.

Need to make use of the description space! Link to your website, link to stylist's website, links to paint colours chosen, link to flooring, links to decor items used, hashtags, etc. Make use of the description space!

This just came up on my recommended and i can see most of the comments are new from this week, which means is popping up for a lot of people too. It's great because it deserves much more views than it has. Great job!

The $20k is only for the materials right?

It all looks lovely but the styling is a bit heavy, maybe too many items looks cluttered. That paint colour is devine with the floor choice.

I agree. The styling was over the top and became more like clutter

I don’t understand the tight timeline. Why not allow an extra couple of days and take out all the stress and annoyance of all trades working on top of each other.
Is it because there are many more reno’s lined up.
It is impressive though how quickly it was transformed, but imagine being a painter with dust and people everywhere.

Where I live, apartment means rental. People don't own apts. How do people afford to live with those prices? Must make a lot more money?

The living room storage was poorly considered. In a long narrow room, any large cabinetry should be perpendicular to the long axis. The colours were gorgeous though, despite heavy "beachification".

Perhaps you lack the sense of critical thinking or haven’t seen what a quality interior design looks like. What is shown here is just the same thing you see everywhere: Ikea showrooms, showroom houses etc😉
