This story is especially disturbing because of the Englishness of it. Weird things happen in the home so they assume it’s a spirit and nickname it “Charlie”. That’s about as English as you can get, yet simultaneously the story is so weird and troubling and otherworldly
One part of this story reminds me of something that happend to me as a child. When they mentioned about what they thought was a star that got bigger and bigger. I used to have a dream when I was a kid every so often, that I would walk out into my mum and dad's back garden in my pyjamas and look up at the stars. Then one star would start getting slightly bigger and all of a sudden it would shoot extremely fast down to me and I would wake up. It always unnerved me. It would happen so regularly in my dreams that I would know which star it was that was going to come down to me when I looked up at the sky. I didn't wake up with any marks or bruises or anything and I never had flashbacks or memories of seeing anything paranormal so it was probably just a reoccurring dream, but I have always wondered if it was anything more. I have seen ghosts, shadow people, seen objects move on their own and UFOs so I have had more than my fair share of paranormal experiences, one of which involving the shadow person was really creepy and confirmed without a doubt these things are truly real and not sleep paralysis or the mind playing tricks.

I think some of us are more connected as some of us have way more expcs then others idk why but I'm one of them too question have you had a near death experience by chance
@@eyes2c..519 not really had a near death experience as far as I'm aware, I did suffer from convulsions when I was very young that landed me in hospital a few times when I was around 4 or 5 years old, but other than that, no. I've had 2 near fatal car crashes as an adult one in my 20's and one in my 30's, but this stuff started way before that lol. Why? Did yours start after a near death experience?

I'm fascinated by the possible connection between ghostly paranormal events and extraterrestrial incidents and sightings.
So am I. There does seem to be a connection...
Not only is there an interesting amount of overlap between hauntings and alien encounters, but there are also uncanny similarities between poltergeist and alien encounters and centuries old encounters with Fae beings as well. And beyond those, there are many alleged bigfoot accounts that are accompanied by poltergeist like activity. The similarities are bizarre especially when the experiencers sometimes don't seem to draw the connection between the different phenomena. Like the alien experiencers sometimes don't believe in ghosts, or the bigfoot experiencers don't believe in aliens, etc. Yet they report eerily similar things.

It’s really sad that the people who experience these scary visitations are just brushed off as being schizophrenic or attention seeking.
If there is any truth to these types of testimony, then hopefully, evidence comes sooner rather than later. I don't discount people's experiences, I just wish I could be a fly on the wall and see for myself. Interestingly enough, Gary Nolan, an incredible doctor, engineer, and scientist who has helped create many pieces of modern medical technology is in the public talking about the CIA asking for him to work on the subject from a medical standpoint. He himself has apparently had an encounter. Guy is a Nobel prize nominee. An amazing genius human. In the public saying some incredible things about the government and ufos.
Unfortunately, SOME of them are. And they spoil it for the rest of the apples, as the adage goes.

this reminds me of what happened to me as a child. born and raised in New Orleans,one night when I was about 6. I was sleeping at my grandparents house (a big and creepy house,I might add) I was sleeping on the sofa,I woke up to a"scurrying" sound in the kitchen. I turned my head to see what it was,but didn't see anything. then I turned my head back (I was laying on my back looking straight up) that's when I say a giant preying mantas head with huge black eyes looking down at me. I screamed,but nothing came out and that's when I blacked out.i really don't know what happened. this could have just been a dream,I don't know. but this incident scared the hell out of me!

Praying mantis entities are very common in alien Abduction cases. And, believe it or not oddly enough common in both Astral out of body experiences and near death experiences. Communities of abduction victims all seem to think or share the belief that these Mantis beings or entities are very strongly attached or heavily related to reincarnation. People who have been abducted describe them as wearing different colored robes and wearing big gold medallions, people who have near death experiences describe the same thing.
@@macbrady7002 from what ive heard thwy are planet jackers, interdimensional trolls having laughs at dark humor, but since they have been experienced in space and time setrings, they could also be here for some sort of under our nose energy. Something we wouldnt suspect due to our narrow interpretations of things. Terence mckenna has a famous encounter with them on shrooms and lsd both times in hawaii, one time they werw cool and the next they just horse played and caused his girlfriend to black in and out and overheat.

I sometimes hear the grays bring abdutees who misbehave or make things difficult for the process to these praying mantis beings for a quick lesson. The person is immediately filled with a deep dark, burning fear. And the lesson is clear, donwhat we say or we bring you to this. But, I've also herd stories of them being very gentle and kind . I also believe they are all inter-dimensional. The grays, the reptilians, the Insectoids, the Nords etc. I have herd stories of all the above being very caring gentle beings, but some of them are absolutely horrific. I would personally just trust my gut or third eye with these entities. I know they can manipulate, and we are just something most likely for their amusement, study, or pleasure and truly beneath them on a spiritual level in most senses.
My whole life I have been drawn to high strangeness, and have had dozens of bizarre encounters. Never been abducted. But a interesting story...one time when I was around 5 my mother was forcing me to come inside because it was about to rain. A very small, common praying mantis was at the top of the front door steps leading to my mother standing at the door waiting for me. When I saw this thing I had a complete meltdown. I was screaming, crying, shaking violently. There was nothing in this world that was going to make me get closer to this thing. I guess I even tried to climb and crawl under a chain linked fence. It was so odd and unnerving my mom still tells this story. I'm 33 now.
@@macbrady7002 You are the "third eye", its not a physical eye or even close to being an organ, its the projective faculty of our minds, to be able to see without your eyes, intuition/dreaming/fourier projection/hallucinations. These are all mental faculties that materialism as a paradigm cannot rationally explain. You are a mind/"soul" you are a singularity of subjective experience and every possible frequency/waveform, all things physical and conceptual are mathematical/mental in nature and of origin. Look into ontological mathematics from either hyperianism or Pythagorean illuminism. But do not subscribe to either as a group or tribe you are apart of.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. While I don't assume ETs are necessarily evil or nefarious, I also don't think people should take messages from them to heart without question. Like, I hear about them telling people, sometimes kids, that humanity is bad for Earth.. sending images into people's minds of planetary death and destruction. Maybe there's some truth to that, but we shouldn't just assume that they must be better than us and we need to listen to them like they're benevolent overlords.

That's what they do tho, I woke up one night here (not out of the norm, I always wake up middle of the night and eat and walk around my house, it's a habit having lived thru airstrikes and such that mostly occur at night). this particular night I woke up and I saw three of them in the doorway to my room in the hallway. There’s two night lights, so you can see if there’s something there, even though it’s completely dark. All the lights are off it was two shorter ones on either side of a taller one, but they were all definitely shorter than a human being definitely shorter than me and I’m very short, and they were just watching me just looking at me and I freaked out and reached for my lamp next to my bed turned it on my heart was racing. I was breathing hard and then I looked and they were gone but the rest of the night I slept with all the lights on in the house, so I got up and I turned everything on and sometimes if I even just think about that night, I have to turn on all the lights from here to my living room because I’m afraid to see them again, although nothing about them or nothing that they made me feel was scary or malevolent at all it’s more just being snuck up on it’s the feeling of being surprised that scares me, and I’ve also woken up several times since then where I feel like they’re in my house and I’m afraid that they are and then I’m gonna walk around the corner and see them or they’re gonna peek around the corner at me, and the feeling that I got when I start to get scared like that I get this feeling that I don’t need to be afraid that they aren’t gonna sneak up on me that they don’t want to start with me if they’re not gonna startle me seen a UFO I watched it for probably about an hour, and I am very very familiar with aircraft even satellites living where I live, we see aircraft all the time fighter jets assault helicopters, you name it. We're always watching bc of course we don't wanna get smoked, this was not that.

In the house i live in, we have had a number of disappearing objects which go and reappear days or hours later in the same spot they were in when they went. Also get noise like footsteps downstairs at night. Has not happened for about six years. But started the day we moved in.
Generational abduction. My Mom read Fate Magazine. My Grandma talked about ghosts. I was born about three weeks before the Kecksburg UFO crash. My Grandma grew up near Kecksburg. I'm pretty sure they were both Eastern Star, and maybe Golden Dawn as well. Daddy was a Freemason. I have a pretty vivid memory of weird airplanes with a round front part, like the Starship Enterprise. I remember pointing and asking my Mom, and her saying they were just a new kind of plane, nothing to be scared of. I also have somewhat fuzzier memories of vast underground places with long corridors, with lots of doors on both sides. I was always creeped out by tall parking lot lights. We lived directly under high voltage powerlines that used to hum when it rained. Mom took me to see Kubrick's 2001 A Space Odyssey when it first came out. I was scared shitless of the HAL-9000 computer. Everything is connected. Mandela Effect is not a joke, it's our minds waking up. Rub sleep from your eyes.
In 1988 I was working on a friend's farm. I was asleep on the sofa, when I suddenly woke up and went out on the porch. Everything was silent. No crickets, no birdsong. No breeze. Nothing. Then as my eyes adjusted, I could make out a shape against the sky. A black triangular silhouette that blocked out the stars. I was suddenly overcome with emotions, I started bawling like a baby, and then there was a blonde girl standing next to me. She was about 5' 4" and wearing a black jumpsuit, like an Air Force flight suit, with no visible rank or insignia. She looked _human_ for all intent and purpose, but she spoke with her mind. I heard her in my head, her lips didn't move, except to smile. She said everything would be alright, after they left everything would be as it was before they came. Then she reached out and touched my shoulder, and I woke up on the sofa. I ran outside, expecting to see a big UFO. Everything was "normal." Crickets, birds chirping, sheep in the field, a breeze blowing... It was as if they hadn't been there. I decided it must've been a dream and went back inside. But I knew then just as I know now that it was no dream. I think maybe I wasn't supposed to remember, but I did somehow. Either that, or she _wanted_ me to remember it...

I really like your channel Lady Laura, being full of informative youtube videos about cryptid/ghost/UFO cases so head-splittingly bizarre that even most cryptozoologists, parapsychologists or ufologists won't go near them.
Fascinating. I take things like this with a grain of salt, and I wouldn't be surprised if some stories were proven true or if I ever saw first hand.

I'm 57 one of the very first memories I can recall in my life... I was two or three and I wake up screaming but nothing was coming out at first and I see this hand tentacle thing retreating between my bed and the wall. It was like 2 or 3 seconds of time but it is still so vivid in my mind. There is more I am not ready to talk yet.

That’s so weird, every time something happened in my grandparents’ house that was inexplicable, grandma would say it was “Charlie”, that just blew my mind they called what was in their house “Charlie” too.
It would be interesting to take all the most credible abduction stories and then find out everything we can about those people involved to see if there is any common trait about them. For instance blood type, DNA trait similarities, susceptibility to, or immunity to diseases/cancer???
There are definitely efforts to do exactly that. With the topic being taken more seriously lately, maybe those projects will get enough funding to actually get it done.

I'm sorry but if weird stuff was going on with my baby I wouldn't be leaving Him alone ever. This is terrifying. As a mom myself I didn't even have weird things going on and I wasn't letting my child even sleep alone. Till they were old enough to express themselves.Iam so sorry that this happened to their family.its horrible for them and The fact that any living being is need living bean is being experimented on or kidnapped but kidnapped I feel horrible both ways even for the aliens. Data shows that each year there are thousands of reports of large, silent, triangular crafts hovering or flying slowly about 200 feet about residential areas at 3-4 in the morning. These reports have been recorded since the late 1800’s and also more recently in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Who are they? What are they doing?
Idk, but with social media being what it is, these experiences are captured on video with outrageous frequency. Channels like The Darkest Secret do a fair job at curating those videos (amongst others). Even the US Government is being forced to address footage their own military has captured and certified.

I have almost become completely convinced 95% of abduction phenomon is nothing more than the Boys in Glow (Play on the Boys in Blue) aka its the Glowboys aka its human agencies using clandestine and advance frontier science that they have stashed away from the rest of mankind, in order to orchestrate worldwide events down the road. All it took for me was that ex-CIA guy admitting all "alien abductions" in south america in the 50s were CIA. All of them. And that's all he would divulge. There is no proof they even plant the trees they claim to, so doing it "for the environment" isn't even a good reason.

I’m sure this comment will be either downvoted or ignored, but I have had very similar experiences when I was young. Starting around 4 and ending at 11 when I told the entities to leave me be. There was a tall one I called “the witch” who asked me questions. But I remember the smaller ones outside my bedroom window then in the room, and chasing me through the house. I remember my parents staring blankly at the tv too as I was being pulled back towards the stairs.
I thought it was all a dream but I wrote an account called “nightmares” in a school book when I was 6 and I included an illustration which clearly has something outside the window, plus a drawing of the being in the corner of the window… and it is clearly a grey. I drew it in 1988. The older I get, the more I’m convinced it happened and wasn’t just a dream.

There are things I have always wanted to talk to someone about.. But always feared that people would consider me a nutcase if I ever mentioned them to anyone else.. My brother is kind of the same though hes mentioned these things to other people.. This is. Funny enough my first time even hinting at it outside of talking to people I am close to who have went through it themselves.. One of said people I have not been able to talk to about this stuff since I was 8.. Since that was my mother, she passed away when I was 9. The other person I could, and still can talk to is my brother.. Who is 15 years older than me.. We have only spoke about it about.. 6 or so times I believe? ( Keep in mind, my brother became my legal guardian when our mother passed away, and I moved with him to the USA at said time. I was living in Japan before that moment. )

I had 2 alien abduction dreams where I used to live, but they were fun. There were a few of us hanging out together & some of us were cracking jokes & telling funny stories. Everyone was doubled over laughing. After a while we were playing hacky sack. Then the aliens said it was time to go & they did something so that we would forget everything they did. They did this twice. The next time while I was asleep I saw (without really seeing) strange lights outside my bedroom window. I said out loud, "They're here again." The 2nd time we just played hacky sack only. It didn't bother me. I wasn't frightened at any time.

Then I have been having this feeling when I wake up at night that they're in my house again and it scares me but then I get this overwhelming feeling like it's okay we won't startle u and I like tell them with my mind to let me know where they are bc I'm very skittish and easy to scare. It is interesting that these beings seem to persist in contacting different generations of one family. One book I read insisted that the beings are from Earth. The author of the book had been able to help some families with this problem. The author, a Christian lady, said that the bible text, 'In my fathers house there are many mansions' referred to there being different dimensions for different beings & that these beings should not be in 'our' dimension because that is our home.. The lady, whos' name I do not remember said that if you state confidently to the beings that you have a right to live in your home without interference from them & are entitled to expect them to leave & allow you to live your life in peace, they will leave you alone.
The author did mention that it is important to build a strong feeling of entitlement to live in peace without interference & to be absolutely clear about having this right & to state this the moment there is any sign of a visit, before drifting into any sort of trance or similar state.
I am not sure but I think the author also said that these beings are possibly the same as the Djinn, which under old Islamic law apparently have certain rights, including the rights to get married & own property.

Well, there were other humanities before ours that were wiped out by catastrophics events, only some survived. Those abductees might have genes that go back to those other humans that used to live on earth. Even religions talk about it. I guess those alien beings are what became of the humans who left earth? But they have changed so much in their biological structure that they come back to Earth looking for traces of their own ancestors in our modern humans to try and improve their species? or rectify their dna by mixing it up with the DNA of those special abductees. I wonder how they can trace them though. Are they marked or something? Like how biologists capture and tag specific specimens they are studying and then set them free again. Who knows. I believe that my family has been infrequently pestered by these beings over the generations. I think you're on the right track here - when I had children of my own, there were several occasions where I believe I disrupted their attempts to get at my kids by angrily telling these things to get out of my house (and, perhaps more importantly, by evoking the authority of God). I don't know what rulebook these beings are playing by, but there does seem to be rules to their game.

There's at least one study that says most, if not all, of them suffer from PTSD. Of course the authors then said that the victims' abduction story was merely a pyschological cover for what really happened, in their opinion some form of abuse.

Interesting how names and titles are given to things. Familiar spirits now have many names, ghosts, gules, phantoms, plasma, aperitions, etc. There remain one type of spirit that comes with this fallen world, familiars, who do reek havoc at times, though mainly through possessing people who take to the dark arts, like Faustus, as one example.

If I had to venture a guess as to why extraterrestrials are visiting and revisiting certain families, I suppose it would be to monitor them as we do with animal species.

I would never describe Slade Green as a rural idyl!!! I lived in Erith, a mere 3 miles from Slade Green. On the marshes, it is a barren location, when you get away from the newer developments. Think they had armaments plants there from the first world war to the second world, as it was far away enough from townships to not damage any of them when they went bang!!

We used to live in this house in Vegas and in one room there was major time distortion. You swore you were only in there an hour and it’s been 4 already. Oh and my brothers always slept in my bedroom with me and never went into the kitchen alone. I was the same way, especially at night. Me and my brothers could sense something was weird about that house. And it made people aggressive. Mostly adults though.
Then again the last time I saw something bad in a house the next week the poodle died of black mold poisoning. 😅 apparently it was in the walls.

I was thinking about what this boy's father did for a living, such as to whether he worked for the military or government. This was a very creepy case. I watched this just before sunrise thinking I'm glad I hadn't viewed this at night! Hearing about anything, let alone a child being found in a different location is quite unsettling. Laura, amazing content as usual. I have deep concern for time we live in now. The planet blowing up feels dangerously close with the amount of psychos with their finger on the button. Every night I am tortured with an entity coming to me. I was wide awake a few weeks ago when I heard a tapping on my footboard. My wee dog ran off the bed and next I had a tingling in my toes that rose up my body and feeling of sleep paralysis (I thought I was having a stroke) with intense ringing in my ear that last 3 to 5 very scary minutes. I have no explanation and swear on my dead parents grave I am not making it up for attention.
Sounds demonic to me. These things go away immediately by invoking the name of Christ. I've dealt with them in the past. It's terrifying.

the tapping is something that has been reported in other abduction cases i have read about. you should try setting up a camera in your bedroom and try to get it on film.
I suggest that you go to an Orthodox Christian priest, Greek, Antiochian, Russian or Serbian. I am confident that they will help you overcome this. Even better, go to an Orthodox monastery close to where you live and talk to the monks.
I think there might be a chance to stop these visitations by just putting this info into the public domain.
Sometimes I think an agency or two might be keeping close watch on the subjects and it puts the visitor's off and on to an easier target.

Well recently eye had a experience where eye just fell asleep, then awoke so eye thought but was frozen solid and could only move my eyes and to my right 2 feet away was a small being with large eyes looking right at me and me looking right at it although not feeling scared but as interested in the being as it was with me then what really was strange it walked across my floor quickly towards the end of my bed and with a flash of bright light was gone eye was not sure if eye was dreaming or not but the fact eye heard the footsteps across my floor led me to believe eye wasn't dreaming and caught the being off guard from whatever it was doing to me,eye believe I've been having these experiences since a young child I'm 48 now and all of these what eye thought were dreams were perhaps something else,eye believe we are not alone for sure and we are being studied bye begins not of this realm, it's a world wide happening to people we can't all be lying there is definitely something to it👍
