Just a quick tip i've found to be very useful when talented into Might bash is to reforge to expertise to 3% to avoid bash being dodged. Expertise counts as hit for casters also.
prob shouldnt have done a guide before the new arena season but it does show alot of options on what is to be expected of balance druids. nice vid. balance is prob going to end up being like pve balance is with a haste crit build but thats just my opinion. keep up the good work man
Not too bad a guide tbh man. Only one minor flaw ive found myself and other gladiator boomkins have been talking looking at stats and you should be Haste > Crit > mastery not haste > mastery > crit. As the mastery with DoC stacked is not as much of a buff you would have for and taking the extra crit gives you more procs still with the insane ammount of haste you have ive noticed it in some wargames ive been playing haste > crit > mastery is the way to go
Your guide is really cool. I haven't thought about haste build. When I saw new Dream of Cenarius first thing I did was reforging into mastery. I will check out the haste soon:) And about the guide, guide like all ur clips is awsome. Everything is very clear and explained and like always intro is fun x)

I thought about haste crit mastery as well. I havent tried it out yet tho, but once i have and IF its better ill have to correct it in the video with an annotation. None knows whats going to be better yet since arenas arent out but cant wait to try it out.

Cool guide but I preffer hearth of wild more, if you are in a 1v1 arena and the enemy does a lot of burst then you can escape with a druid and use hearth of wild for the double of health with rejuvention or even healing touch. My opinion..

Everyone doesnt push rating early season so I dont think he would struggle breaking 2,2k at all...It was really easy as boomkin/warr/rsham for me and im sure if u play boomkin rly good it's even possible get glad this season.. but yeah buff to survival/dmg & nerf our healing would be nice

Great guide! I played feral back in CATA and am recently interested in trying out boomkin. But I honestly havent the slightest clue which buttons to even press as a balance druid. I can watch PvE spell rotations but it doesnt really help me at all. I've sat down and read all my spells and have come up with a decent basic spell "rotation" but i cant get myself in the mindset to play a caster - anyway you can make a video either saying what goes on in your head while dueling certain classes?
hey man , tnx for making the guide . just wanted to run a quick question .. when i reforge gem like u did the amount of haste that i have is 8813 (20%). was just looking at noxxic where they say that the major haste break points for 5.4 are 5,273 and 10,289. so it makes me wonder if the gap between 5,273 to 8813 is wasted and maybe should invest the spare points in somthing else? cheers:)

I don't think it's that bad. Both me and my friends find myself speaking with a much less swedish accent when just chilling in skype though. It's just knowing the fact that I have to sound clear when recording myself that changes my accent.
Sounds like an interesting strategy but im not sure it would create enough AoE pressure to be worth it. All i can do right now is wait for the new season to begin and try the new changes out in arena.
What do you think about going with a mastery build instead of haste paired with dream of cenarious and incarnation? Because I'm using haste now and it is hard going against melee classes trying to cast more often and not just spamming. I get shut down easier

Does the new starfall glyph increase single target dmg with SF if used that way? or does it just keep it from hitting random targets? It seems like it could be awesome if it made every tick hit one target if they are dotted but I have a feeling it dosent work that way.

Do you think its worth losing Typhoon for Mass entangle when running Incarnation? I do this for i can still run Bash over vortex, but still have instant root beams. Also vortex and typhoon share DR now.

For dotting they said that each dot is tracked separate on the proc chance. So I was thinking it would be best spreading your eclipse dot on everyone to spread the hard hitting one, and only keeping one non eclipse dot on kill target to keep it at 30% chance to proc. Any thoughts on that or you just going to stick with double dotting only a few targets.
Yeah haste crit is probably better but Im going mastery anyways. Atleast on one of my druids. It's so much funnier casting wrath & starfire than spamming instants ;p

I am a really big fan of yours, I've been watch every video you've posted for a long while now :) Anyways, I've done a couple of BGs, like 8-9 and I really feel a difference playing boomkin now, and how it was in 5.3. It feels like I die so fast! In 5.3 I could tank 3 people and still survive in a lot of cases, and now I barely survive a Warriors burst without having to pop almost everything. Have you checked that out? :) Thanks.

ehm, well...Just because a name doesnt mean anything or isnt included in the dictionary doesnt mean its not a "real" word. And you should've heard it sometime that its called senarius not kenarius. You dont say Ors you say ORK. And thats not a real word either in your world :D
It makes SF only hit targets that have dots. So if you don't have anything dotted it hits nothing. If you only have one target dotted SF will only hit that target. Lets say you duel a hunter. If you only dot the pet SF will only hit the pet and not the hunter. Or if you only dot the Hunter SF will not hit his pet.
I tried to look at ure gems and enchants on the armory and there is no one named Thyraze the closest I got was to a guy named thyraz but he had no gear

Ye it has. The amount of healing increased was reduced for everything except for resto since they actually gain 25% healing from it now aswel.

In arenas do you now spread dots or just focus on one target?
if you want to focus more on single target damage why not stack mastery for extra damage?
