I m Italian originally but i lived 20 years in the Netherlands, i never really liked the Italian extreme overeating food culture. From a ex boyfriend there i learned, that i was brought up with this thing that i have to eat all i have on the plate, point, in Italiy they will teach you that at home and also at the restaurant you just have to eat all there is in the plate because leaving food is just like bad manners and offensive. In Holland on the contrary, they are learned that you just have to eat what you feel and you have to stop eating when you are full, that you don't have to stuff yourself, in the restaurants too. I already knew that culture brought many bad habits to me in eating and caused me many weight issues, which luckily I managed to reshape in the Netherlands, but this was really a eye opener and game changer to me. I always felt bad and ashamed to leave food in plates at other people's homes or at the restaurant, was really just what i was taught..... Thanks Holland. I love your videos!
So i intake about 900 (more or less) everyday (my fitness pal suggestion is 1200 but i eat around 900-1100). As its self explanatory, it is a very restrictive diet (ive been suffering from ED and this amount of calories is a lot for me) buuuut on fridays, every friday is my cheat day, i can eat pizza, deep fried stuff, cheesecake what not? And Allahamdulilah I've lost a looot of weight ever since im doing this. So yes, you can eat out and whatever you want but just once or twice a day a week
@@lilcutie5082 thanks for the advice. But like I mentioned I have ED its either not eat anything or binge it. If I have cheat meals it'll make me incline on binging. If I don't binge it'll make me anxious ⚠️ trigger warning ⚠️ when my anxiety gets to that extent I resort to $elf h@rm. Hence I kept one day to FULLY eat everything I want. Best of both worlds

I love Sweetgreens when I’m on the go. Korean bowl restaurants are also good when I’m on the go. I pile my bowls high with vegetables.

Try spreading out your cheat days food over the week so you dont put so much stress on your body
