To the people who dont have erase data option uninstallr roblox and install again and if that doesnt work after u uninstall and install turn off your wifi on your phone not the wifi router your wifi on your phone spam the retry option and turn it back on and there your done

You have to go to roblox.com and log in with your account and it will tell you that you violated their terms of service etc. etc. Press agree and re-activate my account

If it doesn't work there is this other method I used to get back my account: 1. Go to your search engine (It works on any device) 2. Go to the Roblox website 3. Most of the time there is gonna be a warning that pops up 4. Click to "I agree" in the bottom to press on the button that says "Reactivate my account" 5. After that the problem shpuld be solved! Hope this helps!
